Each year the Christian Centre hosts a service of remembrance and thanksgiving in April for deceased members of our family, friends, or members of our community.
This is a service for the whole community of the Whitwell Estate and greater Stocksbridge. Everyone is invited to attend, pray, give thanks, and light a candle in memory of the person or persons they wish to remember.
Following the service, anyone wishing to remain in the sanctuary is invited to do so for further reflection and prayer. Prayer leaders will be present if anyone would wish to speak with them, or have prayer offered.
