Coffee Mornings

The church hosts two coffee mornings,  the Cornerstone Drop-in Café on Thursday and the Saturday Coffee Morning.    Both are held in the Church Hall.

The Cornerstone Drop-in Café , a social cafe,  meets from 9 to 11:30 AM every Thursday. Drinks and light snacks are available. Taking its name from Christ as the cornerstone and the fact that the church is a member of the Anglican ‘Cornerstone Mission Partnership’  with St. Mary’s Bolsterstone and St. John’s Deepcar, it offers the opportunity for local people to ‘drop-in’ for a chat, to play board games, or to read magazines and papers.

The Saturday Coffee Morning is an established tradition since the foundation of the church and  is held every Saturday between 10 AM and Noon.  Drinks and light snacks are available.  It gives neighbours a good chance to sit down and have a natter with their friends. See you there!
